Canellation Policy

IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER, BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING:

For after-school classes: (3-6 PM) The class will not be held if the school is closed for the day or if there is an early dismissal due to bad weather; OR if an existing weather condition keeps the school open, but deems evening travel unsafe; OR any other event that closes the school any day throughout the school year.

For evening classes: (6-9 PM) In the case of a major snow event that is likely to force the closing for more than one day; or if there is an early dismissal due to severe weather; or if falling temperatures or the prediction of falling temperatures is likely to cause freezing later in the evening, the class will be cancelled.

In the case of a minor snow event where clean-up is completed and roads are safe and passable and temperatures are not expected to drop, we will hold the class.

IN ANY CASE: THE STATUS WILL BE POSTED HERE OR INDICATED VIA A RECORDED MESSAGE AT 993-3510
